Consultation: Children’s (Abolition of Defence of Reasonable Punishment) Bill
The National Assembly for Wales’ Children, Young People and Education Committee is scrutinising the general principles of the Children (Abolition of Defence of Reasonable Punishment) (Wales) Bill. The Bill aims to prohibit the physical punishment of children in Wales by abolishing the defence of reasonable punishment.
